Appointment/Booking Information

PLEASE NOTE:

We are an APPOINTMENT ONLY Studio

BOOKING FEE

All appointments require a BOOKING FEE AT TIME OF BOOKING, we cannot book or reserve you an appointment without one.

The minimum amount of Booking Fee required is as follows:

Small tattoos up to 1 hour £20

Up to 3 hours £50

Over 3 hours or largescale/multiple sessions £100

Booking Fee Payment can be made via BANK TRANSFER once Appointment Date is agreed.

*All Booking Fees are non refundable or transferable to anyone else*

they are to make sure you turn up and to cover our time spent dealing with your enquiries.

If you wish to rearrange your appointment you must inform us with at least 72 hours notice prior to your appointment date to transfer the Booking Fee to your new appointment, This must be done either in the studio or via message during the studio opening times and no more than a MAXIMUM of ONCE before Booking Fee is lost.

PLEASE NOTE:

STRICTLY NO APPOINTMENTS can be moved or rebooked during the months of NOVEMBER, DECEMBER & JANUARY. 

APPOINTMENT ETIQUETTE
As we are a busy studio and have limited reception space please arrive on time for your appointment and alone as the Artist work areas have space for CLIENTS ONLY and there is no waiting in the reception area, so please understand this is for the comfort & safety of both clients and artists.

CANCELLATIONS

Less than 72 hours notice of cancellation will result in loss of Booking Fee and another will be required to book back in.

Failure to turn up without notice requires full payment of the missed appointment before any more work can continue and the remainder of your appointments will be cancelled.

CONSULTATIONS

For Consultations, you can DIRECT MESSAGE and one of the artists will be able to speak to you about your design and book your appointment but due to high volume of work we can not start your tattoo design until an appointment is booked with Booking Fee paid.

TATTOO RATES

We usually charge at an hourly rate. For large/custom work or work that will take more than one session you can book FULL DAY SESSIONS.

If it's a small tattoo then we can sometimes give you a set price for it but this is only done at time of booking with Booking Fee made.

For Full-Day Appointment Rates & Convention Rates please contact the Studio.

We cannot give you a price for custom designs, sleeves or large scale work, only a general estimate that on average sleeves/large scale work can take between 15-30+ hours depending on the final design, style and detail.

COVER UP WORK

If you want a cover up or re-work of an existing tattoo then we do have to see it before booking you in because we need to see what can be done and whether it will require REMOVAL to lighten prior to any cover-up work.

You should also be aware that, depending on the previous tattoo, Cover-up work often takes several sessions to complete.
